Nivia Loyola is a seasoned HR professional with 15 years of experience in the landscape industry. Her passion for Human Resources was deeply rooted in her upbringing as the daughter of a landscaper. Growing up in a blue-collar household, Nivia witnessed firsthand the dedication and hard work that defined her father’s journey from being a gardener to becoming a successful landscape business owner. Inspired by his entrepreneurial spirit, Nivia played a pivotal role in helping her father build the HR department for his company, solidifying her belief in the importance of a strong HR foundation.
Nivia’s career spans notable roles at leading landscape companies, including Rey Art Landscape, Sperber Landscape Companies, and most recently, as the Head of Human Resources for Monarch Landscape Companies. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated her expertise in aligning HR strategies with business goals, fostering positive employee relations, and driving organizational growth.
One of Nivia’s strongest suits is her deep understanding of the unique HR challenges within the landscape industry. This insight allows her to effectively address the specific needs of her clients, ensuring that they receive tailored solutions that drive success.
As a first-generation Hispanic-American, with Spanish as her first language, Nivia brings a unique and inclusive perspective to her work.
