Nivia Loyola is an HR leader with over 15 years of experience in the landscape industry. Her passion for Human Resources was shaped by her upbringing in a blue-collar household, where she witnessed her father grow a landscaping business from the ground up, an experience that instilled her belief that strong HR is the foundation of a successful company.
She has held key roles with leading organizations including Rey Art Landscape, BrightView Landscape, Sperber Landscape Companies, and Monarch Landscape Companies, where she served as Head of Human Resources. Nivia is known for aligning HR strategies with business goals, strengthening employee relations, and building scalable people operations that support growth.
With a deep understanding of the landscape industry, she brings practical, tailored solutions that resonate with both leadership teams and field employees. She also brings a passion for AI and content creation, using innovative tools to develop customized training and communication materials tailored to each company’s unique needs.
