    Hi, I’m Nivia Loyola, Founder & Workforce Culture & Leadership Strategist at GreenThumb HR.

    After spending more than 15 years in HR leadership within the landscape industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside field teams, branch leaders, operations managers, and executive leadership supporting the real day-to-day challenges that come with running successful landscape operations.

    Throughout my career, one thing became very clear to me: strong culture isn’t built through policies alone. It’s built through leadership, communication, training, consistency, and the experience employees have with their company every single day.

    That belief is what led me to create GreenThumb HR.

    My focus is helping landscape companies strengthen culture and employee engagement through customized leadership development, workforce communication, recruiting support, training content, onboarding experiences, bilingual communication, and employer branding strategies built specifically for the landscape industry.
